2. How to Request a Refund

  • The reason for the refund

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Items

You may not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The game was purchased more than 14 days ago

  • The request appears to be abusive or fraudulent

4. Exceptions
