Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“Vendor,” “Developer,” or “You”) and Geblo Games (“We,” “Us,” or “Platform”). By registering and listing digital products on our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To become a vendor on Geblo Games, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate identity and payment information
Own or have the legal right to distribute all uploaded content

2. Product Submission & Approval

All uploaded products (games, assets, etc.) are subject to review. We reserve the right to:

Approve or reject submissions
Request modifications for content or metadata
Remove listings that violate our policies or legal requirements

3. Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Geblo Games a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Market and display your content
Sell and distribute your product to users
Use promotional assets you provide (e.g., screenshots, logos)

4. Revenue Share & Payments

Vendors receive [75%] of net sales (after transaction fees and applicable taxes)
Payments are made monthly, via [Paddle/Adyen]
Minimum payout threshold is [$50 USD]
All vendors are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled by the platform according to our refund policy
In case of chargebacks, Geblo Games may deduct amounts from future payouts
Repeated refund/chargeback issues may result in vendor account review or suspension

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Violates local or international law
Includes hateful, illegal, or adult content without proper labeling and consent

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that:

Breach this agreement
Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse
Fail to meet quality or compliance standards

8. Limitation of Liability

Geblo Games is not liable for:

Any loss of revenue
Technical issues or downtime
Unauthorized access to vendor accounts

9. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
