This FAQ answers common questions from developers and vendors using the Geblo Games platform.


1. When will I receive my payments?

Payouts are issued monthly, within the first 10 business days of each new month, for the previous month’s earnings. A minimum of $50 in revenue is required for payout.


2. What’s the revenue share?

By default, you keep 75% of net sales. Geblo Games retains 25% for platform maintenance, hosting, and support.


3. Can I upload games made by someone else?

No. You must either be the original creator or have legal distribution rights. Unauthorized content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.


4. Are there file size limits?

Yes. The recommended maximum file size is 2 GB. If your game is larger, please contact support for hosting options.


5. What file formats are accepted?

  • ZIP archives (for downloadable games)
  • HTML5 (for browser games)
  • EXE (Windows games)
  • APK (Android packages)

6. Can I update my game after publishing?

Yes. You can edit your listing, upload new builds, or change metadata from your vendor dashboard at any time.


7. What happens if someone refunds my game?

Refunds are deducted from your earnings. If abuse or high refund rates are detected, your account may be reviewed.


8. How are taxes handled?

Vendors are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes. We may collect forms like W-8 or W-9 depending on your country.


9. Can I also sell my game on other platforms?

Yes. We do not require exclusivity. You’re free to publish your game anywhere else.
