Vendor Onboarding Guide

Welcome to the Geblo Games Vendor Program! This guide will walk you through the steps to start selling your games on our platform.
1. Getting Started
Step 1: Create a Vendor Account
- Go to https://geblo.games/vendors
- Sign up with your email and complete your profile
- Submit identity and payment details (Paddle, Adyen, Crypto etc.)
Step 2: Accept the Vendor Agreement
- You must read and agree to the Vendor Agreement before uploading any content
2. Uploading Your Game
Game Requirements
- Must be your original work or legally licensed
- Formats accepted: ZIP, HTML5 (browser-based), EXE, APK
- Recommended max file size: 2 GB (larger games may require hosting approval)
Metadata Checklist
- Title and short description
- Full game description
- Screenshots (JPEG/PNG)
- Cover image / Key art (1280×720 minimum)
- Tags and supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, etc.)
Submission Process
- Go to your dashboard > “Upload Game”
- Fill out all required fields and submit for review
- Review time: 24–72 hours
3. Managing Your Products
- You can edit game info anytime from your vendor dashboard
- Update files, prices, or visuals as needed
- You will be notified if your listing is flagged for review or moderation
4. Sales & Revenue
- Revenue share: [75%] vendor / [25%] Geblo (exact rate depends on plan)
- Monthly payouts via Paddle/Adyen (minimum $50)
- You can view earnings and download reports from your dashboard
