Vendor Revenue & Payment Policy
Effective Date: 14 May 2014
Platform: https://geblo.games
This policy outlines how revenue is shared and payments are processed for vendors on Geblo Games.
1. Revenue Sharing
- Default revenue split: 75% Vendor / 25% Geblo Games (after transaction fees)
- Some partners may be eligible for custom rates depending on volume or exclusivity
Net revenue is calculated as:
Sale Price – Transaction Fees – Taxes – Geblo Platform Fee = Vendor Payout
2. Payment Schedule
- Payments are made monthly, during the first 10 business days of each month
- Payouts cover the previous calendar month’s confirmed sales
- Example: Earnings from April are paid by May 10
3. Minimum Payout Threshold
- You must reach a $50 USD minimum to receive a payout
- If not reached, balance rolls over to next month
4. Payment Methods
- All payments are handled securely via third-party providers:
- Paddle (default)
- Adyen (for bank transfers in supported regions)
- Cyrpto (for BTC, ETH, USDT)
You must submit accurate payout details in your vendor dashboard to receive funds.
5. Currency & Conversion
- All product listings are in USD by default
- Payouts are sent in the vendor’s local currency where supported
- Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank or payment processor
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds requested by users are deducted from your earnings
- In case of a chargeback, the full amount (plus processing fee) is subtracted
- Excessive refund or chargeback rates may result in review or account restrictions
7. Taxes & Reporting
- Vendors are responsible for declaring their own income and handling local taxes
- Where required by law, we may collect tax-related information or issue tax forms (e.g., W-8/W-9)
