Vendor Revenue & Payment Policy

This policy outlines how revenue is shared and payments are processed for vendors on Geblo Games.


1. Revenue Sharing

  • Default revenue split: 75% Vendor / 25% Geblo Games (after transaction fees)
  • Some partners may be eligible for custom rates depending on volume or exclusivity

Net revenue is calculated as:

Sale Price – Transaction Fees – Taxes – Geblo Platform Fee = Vendor Payout


2. Payment Schedule

  • Payments are made monthly, during the first 10 business days of each month
  • Payouts cover the previous calendar month’s confirmed sales
  • Example: Earnings from April are paid by May 10

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

  • You must reach a $50 USD minimum to receive a payout
  • If not reached, balance rolls over to next month

4. Payment Methods

  • All payments are handled securely via third-party providers:
    • Paddle (default)
    • Adyen (for bank transfers in supported regions)
    • Cyrpto (for BTC, ETH, USDT)

You must submit accurate payout details in your vendor dashboard to receive funds.


5. Currency & Conversion

  • All product listings are in USD by default
  • Payouts are sent in the vendor’s local currency where supported
  • Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank or payment processor

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds requested by users are deducted from your earnings
  • In case of a chargeback, the full amount (plus processing fee) is subtracted
  • Excessive refund or chargeback rates may result in review or account restrictions

7. Taxes & Reporting

  • Vendors are responsible for declaring their own income and handling local taxes
  • Where required by law, we may collect tax-related information or issue tax forms (e.g., W-8/W-9)
